The exhibit, "Texas Settlers & Their Buildings: Old Rockport", focuses on family and community life of Texas settlers reflected in historic buildings, such as the settlers' visions of community and progress, as well as the physical demands and economic realities of everyday life.  The architecture, photos and related stories of homes built in Rockport between 1860 and 1930 will be showcased. The exhibit will be displayed until July 9th and is funded in part, by Humanities Texas, the state affiliate of the National Endowment for the Humanities.
